The Sheffield culture guide written by in-the-know locals

The Castlegate Festival is back again on Saturday 20th September 2025 with a packed line-up of artists and DJs for the annual Exchange Street party.

Join in from 2pm for free live music, skate jam, family-friendly activities, food and drinks all day into the night.

The main stage, powered by Raze Soundsystem, will feature leading multi-genre artists until 10pm, after which the event continues across our indoor venues with an exceptional lineup of DJs into the early hours.

Headlining artists include COCO, Franz Von, Aziza Jaye and Kyla C, Dave Haslam, Jay Carder, Nora, Reptile B, Sister Wives, and many more.

More events and activities will be spread across 6 venues including Plot 22, Panke Social, Delicious Clam, HarmonyWorks, Raccoon Studios and Sadacca.
