Hamnet

Agnes, the wife of William Shakespeare, struggles to come to terms with the loss of their only son, Hamnet.

With grief driving a wedge between them, Shakespeare channels the tragedy and his sorrow into his work.

From director Chloe Zhao (Nomadland, The Rider), and based on the novel of the same name by Maggie O'Farrell, Hamnet tells the story of love and loss that inspired the creation of Shakespeare's timeless masterpiece, Hamlet.

Starring the phenomenal Jessie Buckley (Men, I'm Thinking of Ending Things, Wild Rose) and Paul Mescal (Aftersun, All of Us Strangers).
