A lockdown safari dream leading online art classes for children became a reality the following year when artist Panni Loh was invited to Kenya. Staying in a small camp next to the Maasai Mara she created sketches of people and animals that she’s turned into watercolour and acrylic paintings for the Life in and around the Maasai Mara exhibition. Visiting a Maasai village and school she was inspired to in some way redress the balance and raise funds in the west to support Maasai girls into education collaborating with Alton Maasai through selling paintings and greetings cards.
