In for a penny, in for a pound as the old saying goes. Repeater #5 is back for a night of dark-synth-drone, shambolic psych-rock and wonky psychedelic post-punk. Expect twists and turns that hit like a jackpot, and rhythms that'll pull you like a one-armed bandit.
Knorke are a spiralling psychedelic post-punk outfit are fast becoming known for their kraut-rock-inspired sound and off-kilter approach. They make use of shifting time signatures, tempos, angular chord progressions and clanging nauseous guitars creating a sound that is wonkily queasy — backwards, forwards, sideways and upside down all at the same time!
Sheffield's very own Electric Tape Recorder mix the absurd, shambolic and the strange in equal measures. Expect sharp psych-rock and incoherent melodic babbling!
STRIXEN seamlessly blends heavy electronica, post-rock guitars, and the darker side of synthpop. Drawing inspiration from rugged coastlines, moorlands, Norwegian techno, and Sheffield's early '80s electronic scene, dual vocalists and songwriters Julie Bellemann and David Cuthbertson invite you to immerse yourself in STRIXEN's enthralling sonic world.
