The Sheffield culture guide written by in-the-know locals

Sinners

Looking to start over and leave their troubled lives behind, twin brothers Smoke and Stack return to their hometown to begin a new venture.

However, they discover that a horrifying evil has also arrived at the place they once called home.

From director Ryan Coogler – who first collaborated with actor Michael B. Jordan on his directorial debut feature, Fruitvale Station (2013) – Sinners is a powerful, brilliantly-executed, character-driven original story that subverts genres while blending with an exceptional film score.
