On Wednesdays, the pub treats visitors to jazz in the back room. Jazz at the Lescar starts at 8:45pm (doors open 8:15pm) and features young and regional acts. With tickets at just £7-8, it's a good option for those who just want to dip their toes into jazz.

Thursdays, meanwhile, are all about having a laugh, as the Last Laugh Comedy Club brings some of the finest up-and-coming comedians to the stage.
