Founded in 1864, Sheffield Photographic Society is one of the oldest such societies in the world. Each year, it showcases the work of its members with a public exhibition at Sheffield Cathedral.
160 images will be on display from 36 photographers, in various categories – natural history, portrait, landscape, sport, street photography, still life, and more.
Society members will be on hand around lunchtime throughout the exhibition to answer any questions.
The exhibition will be open during the normal Cathedral opening hours. Please note that on Sundays there is a service until 12pm and you may not be able to enter until after it ends.
